Hop Uplift ("we", "us", "our") operates the Hop Uplift mobile application and the website at hopuplift.com (together, the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Wallet address. When you connect a cryptocurrency wallet to sign in, we receive your public wallet address. This is used solely to verify that you have made an on-chain donation and to grant you access to donor-only features.
On-chain donation data. Donation transactions are recorded on the Base L2 blockchain and are publicly visible. We read this data to verify donor status.
Session data. We use a session cookie (or equivalent token) to keep you signed in for up to 90 days. This cookie contains no personal information beyond your wallet address and session expiration.

Session data is stored server-side and transmitted over HTTPS. Your wallet address is a public blockchain identifier and does not constitute private personal information.
The app uses WalletConnect to facilitate wallet connections. WalletConnect's own privacy policy applies to their service. No other third-party services receive your data.
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
